Before leaving the Stupa area, we walked to a Tibetan Buddhist temple for a short talk and a blessing. The monk talked about meditation and told about an exercise of white and black pebbles. When first traveling on the path to enlightenment, one separates their thoughts by putting black (negative) and white (positive) pebbles into two separate bowls. At first, the black pebble bowl is mostly filled, but with practice, one can have mostly white pebbles in their bowl. I'm going to try that - only white pebbles in my brain from now on....
