How many colors of coral can you find?

It's hard to show the rich nature of life on the barrier reef with a simple point and shoot camera.  But I was amazed at the colors of the coral - so vibrant and so many shapes.

Green, orange, purple, blue, pink, yellow, white and tan.  No reds that we found - apparently, the red wavelength is difficult to penetrate more than a few feet of water.  Many fish or coral are red when you take them out of the water, as the air allows you to see the red color that isn't visible in the water.
